Core business and emerging assets classes

As well as covering the traditional sectors of office, retail and industrial, including a review of the impact of business rates, we also looked at where opportunities can be found in emerging property asset classes, such as healthcare and education.

    New Innovation Forum

New this year, the Innovation Forum highlighted those technologies and companies that may be about to change the real estate sector forever. There were also pitches to our expert jury to win the UK MIPIM Innovation Award and qualify for a place in the grand final at MIPIM, Cannes in March 2017.
